How do I return a faulty order?
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if it is not something you ordered for or if it was misrepresented on our website, contact us within 24 hours from receiving the product to rossellafashion18@gmail.com
We will assist you on how to go ahead with the return through e-mail.
Kindly return the product back to us within 7 working days with the original packing and a copy of the invoice.
Always give back your items using registered airmail or courier.
Any shipping cost with regards to the return of the product will have to be borne by Customer
What is the next step after I return my order?
You will get the replacement shipped to you at no cost at all.
If the replacement of the product is not possible, we will request you to pick an alternate product of the same value.
Will I get a refund?
As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.
We will notify you through an e-mail confirming the transfer of credit to your account.
What if the customization goes wrong?
If the alteration is not possible, we will replace the product.
If replacement is not possible, we will let you choose an alternate product.
If you are not satisfied with a product customized as per your directions and choose to have it altered according to your new specifications, we will alter it for you free of cost. However, you will have to bear the logistics expenses.
There are no refunds for customized products.
